Change an LPG Cylinder
Forklifts are powered by various sources. They could run from gasoline, LP gas or liquid propane, diesel or battery. LP is a clean burning fuel ideal for various uses. There are some facilities which have large liquid propane supplies on site. This enables forklifts to be refueled anytime they require. In other places, the facility would have spare LP cylinders that are able to be changed out when the equipment must be refueled.
In order to prevent possible serious injury, specific safety measures must be taken when changing out an LP cylinder.
